Still in its inaugural year, the South Australian Leadership Academy is a pilot initiative designed to nurture high performing executives and emerging leaders through a range of bespoke programs.
In 2017, the Academy’s core programs will focus on supporting our key priorities including: strengthening performance management and development practices, increasing the number of female executives, and increasing the number of Aboriginal executives in the public sector.
